Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 9 AUG 2026

This Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) is provided by SUS Novel Parts Limited, doing business as SUSTDI (“SUSTDI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the original purchaser (“you” or “Customer”) of products purchased through sustdi.com (the “Site”). This Warranty applies to automotive aftermarket parts sold by SUSTDI and sets out the exclusive remedies available for defects in materials or workmanship.

By purchasing a product from SUSTDI, you accept the terms of this Warranty.

1. What Is Covered

SUSTDI warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the coverage periods below.

1.1 Consumable Products (Including All Elastomeric Products)

Consumable products — including but not limited to bushings, mounts, seals, gaskets, boots, and any other elastomeric or wear components — are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery.

1.2 Metal Products

Products manufactured primarily from metal are warranted for the life of the vehicle on which they were originally installed, subject to the exclusions in Section 3.

1.3 Remedy

If a covered product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, SUSTDI will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • Repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product, or
  • Refund the original purchase price of the product.

This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty. SUSTDI does not cover labor, installation, removal, towing, rental vehicle costs, diagnostic fees, or any other incidental costs associated with a warranty claim unless expressly required by applicable law.

2. Who and What Is Covered

  • This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product from SUSTDI or an authorized reseller and is not transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
  • Coverage applies only to products purchased new and used in their originally intended application.

3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This Warranty does not cover, and SUSTDI is not liable for, damage, failure, or defects resulting from:

  • Improper installation, including installation not performed in accordance with SUSTDI’s instructions or applicable manufacturer specifications
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
  • Use in racing, competition, off-road, or other non-street/non-intended applications, unless the product is expressly marketed for such use
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear, surface corrosion, discoloration, or fading that does not affect function
  • Modification or alteration of the product after purchase
  • Failure caused by improper maintenance or failure to follow recommended service intervals
  • Damage from collision, road hazards, fire, flood, or other environmental or external causes
  • Products that have been repaired or serviced by anyone other than SUSTDI or an authorized service provider, without prior written authorization
  • Use of the product in combination with incompatible or defective third-party parts
  • Any vehicle on which the odometer has been altered or is not legible, or where the vehicle identification cannot be verified
  • Normal maintenance items (e.g., fluids, lubricants) not sold as part of the covered product

This Warranty covers defects in the part itself and workmanship only. It does not cover, and SUSTDI expressly disclaims liability for, any damage to the vehicle, other components, or property arising from the use, failure, or installation of the product, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • SUSTDI’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT AT ISSUE.
  • SUSTDI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF INCOME, TOWING CHARGES, RENTAL VEHICLE COSTS, LABOR CHARGES, OR DAMAGE TO OTHER VEHICLE COMPONENTS OR PROPERTY, ARISING FROM THE USE OR FAILURE OF ANY SUSTDI PRODUCT.
  • THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE LAWFULLY DISCLAIMED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this Warranty affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including provincial consumer protection acts in Canada, which cannot be waived.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Order number or proof of purchase
  2. Description of the product and the defect
  3. Photos or video showing the issue, where applicable
  4. Vehicle make, model, year, and approximate mileage (for metal products claimed under the lifetime warranty)

SUSTDI reserves the right to request the product be returned for inspection before a warranty determination is made. Claims may be denied if the product shows evidence of misuse, improper installation, or an excluded condition under Section 3.

6. Warranty Determinations

All warranty determinations are made by SUSTDI at its sole discretion, acting reasonably. SUSTDI’s decision to repair, replace, or refund a product is final. Replacement products may be new, refurbished, or of comparable specification if the original product is no longer available.

7. Changes to This Warranty

SUSTDI may update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to products purchased prior to the effective date of the change, unless required by law.
