- 059121506H – The notoriously shitty plastic intermediate flange that the heavy EGR cooler sits on

These billet parts eliminate common failure mechanisms of hygroscopic plastic valley parts that VAG hobbled our cars with.
I love California but i can’t live there (i get stressed out). But Cali people kept asking me if I have something to get the goddamn plastic out of their valleys.
I said no. I felt kind of bad.
Well anyways one day i waltz into the machine shop and they have a new 5 axis machine and they told me “this thing can shit out parts”
Turns out, this was the perfect time to spin the beautiful but expensive Evo intermediate flange into a cost-optimized part that is 100% as functional but at a fraction of the Evo price.
And of course, what better time to make a version with an O-ring, so that even my cali boys can stop worrying about those fucking plastic parts exploding.
This kit works on fully stock vehicles and eliminates the failure point of nylon part which disintegrates over time (literally turns to POWDER on high mileage cars) and is nearly guaranteed to break when removing the stock EGR cooler for valley reseal jobs.
My version is 10000% guaranteed to never warp or crack (OK if your car gets stuck in a forest fire it might melt along with all the aluminum parts)
Its chunky and weighty enough that you can literally can use it as a throwing weapon.
Even better, these parts anodized to resist galvanic corrosion while it sits on the cast iron block. And also look pretty
Includes all gasket and seals required so you dont have to go to VW for anything!
Note that the bypass valve delete on stock cars will have a soft code for “Implausible coolant flow”
This literally just means the car doesn’t know why your cool ass billet valve isn’t valving but affects absolutely nothing, doesn’t throw a light, affect emissions or regen, etc.
