This kit contains all Air, oil and coolant seals required for for Gen2 Valley jobs.
No matter if you’re staying stock, using a competitors EGR kit, or even re-using EVEN for stock applications, or competitor EGR delete kits.
If you buy this with an EGR delete kit, you might have a few redundant seals, depending on what options you select.
But you will not be missing any seal. Everything is here.
Intermediate flange is available here, please buy one if you are re-installing OEM cooler or installing OG EGR delete.
All seals are made exclusively for SUSTDI by a legit seal company on bespoke tooling (i have 24/7 armed guards protecting the molds). Please see propaganda message below.

Why?
*UPDATE* VAGflation has gotten completely off the rails now. this is no longer a joke just look what is happening to seal prices since January its insane
Due to constant greedflation on seals by VAG, I knew something had to change.
There is absolutely no reason for VAG to charge $15 for ONE seal (with no OEM option), and yet they continue to increase the price year after year. In some cases 300% or more price hikes. Like wtf.
So i decided the best option was to own the tooling.
My goal with this is to provide these critical seals matching the OE spec, and never jack up the price because i literally don’t have to.
What is the difference between Genuine VW and these?
Performance and material wise, they are identical.
The only difference is the molding technique.
Genuine and OEM seals are made from long extrusions of this rubber in the profile the seal needs to be, then cut to the desired thickness.
This is why the ends have a matte texture, while the sides are smooth.
These seals are compression molded, which uses a full mold of the exact seal shape. The elastomer is inserted into the mold and then the other side is brought into contact with the other half, compressing it Then the rubber is vulcanized and goes through a deflashing process to remove extremely thin “material” that oozes out between the two halves of the molds. This results in uniform finish on all sides of the part.
Then the rubber seals is cured, inspected, and packaged and shipped.
Practically there is no functional difference for this application, since it doesn’t need increible tolerances.
But compression molding has better tolerances overall, particularly in Z. So thats kind of cool.
Who is making them? How can the quality be trusted?
These seals were reverse-engineered and manufactured by NIYOK SEAL in Taiwan to OE material and tolerance specs.
I chose this company to produce the intake seals because I have worked with them since 2022 and their quality is superb. All our HNBR o-rings have come from them.
By FCP Euro standards i can call these OEM because NIYOK is an OE supplier for a lot of brands, but I’m not going to stretch the truth like they do lol.
All Air seals use an auto-grade Viton compound was developed against performance and environmental test on the genuine seals, raw material from european manufacturer Solvay/Syensqo
All Coolant seals use peroxide-cured EPDM which has superior longevity and performance to cheaper sulfur-cured EPDM, and matched surface finish to genuine seals.
All Oil cooler seals use coolant-grade HNBR matching OEM performance and matched surface finish to genuine seals. (Elring could learn from this).
All seals go through AOI dimensionsal check, with material report on each production run.
I guarantee 100% perfect fitment and exact OEM performance with these seals.
