All Plates are laser Cut from 304 steel in the USA. Intake/Coldside egr plates are 5mm thick and Turbo plate is 7mm thick.
These plates must be used with a tune or CEL will come on and vehicle will be in limp mode ( i think).
EGR Must be turned off in tune, but DPF, Diesel cat, and Adblue/SCR catalyst can be left intact
This kit is compatible with 2009-2012 3.0 TDI engines only!

This kit is NOT compatible with 2013+ Gen 2 3.0 TDI engines

To identify if your engine is compatible without knowing the year
- Cast Aluminum Intake plenum.
- With engine cover you can see the aluminum intake plenum pokes out and is aluminum, not plastic as in later engines.
This will look like the photo below.
Completely blocks all exhaust gas flow into the EGR cooler, caps at Intake and Turbo.
Kit includes
- 5mm blockoff plate with tapped M6 threads for intake plenum
- 8mm ovoid Plate Blocking off at turbo
- Genuine Audi/VW gaskets for Intake and Turbo plates
- OEM VW 14mm dracomet bolts for intake plenum (T30 drive)

- (OEM intake bolts can be reused no problem but will stick out farther than the plate)
