Description
Deletes the Leak-prone valve/shaft in the OEM coolant bypass in Gen2 3.0 TDI engines.
If not buying Reseal kit from here, please ensure you replace the bypass valve seal (OEM P/N 059121149B)
Optional hose is cut from Gates 90 degree elbows and is thicker than OEM.
You can also make one yourself with 3/4″ or 19mm elbow.

This valve does nothing after blocking off or deleting EGR system besides leak coolant.
Precisely machined in the USA from 6061 Aluminum.
Seals tightly against OEM shaft bore using robust HNBR o-ring. Includes 4mm silicone vacuum cap which can be installed either on the main vacuum line going to both EGR/coolant bypass actuator, or just on the coolant bypass actuator.
