Description
If you are already buying the full valley reseal kit, do not buy this because the kit already includes these.
Includes both new O-rings used in the coolant temperature sensor for EGR (079919523B) out of upgraded HNBR material for this position which is suitable for both Oil and coolant temperature sensors.
Only the bottom one (WHT002287B ) is available from Audi/VW, the upper O-Ring is not available anywhere.
- Small O-ring closest to tip (WHT002287B) – 5.6x2mm HNBR
- Large O-ring closes to connector – (no OEM availability) – 9xmm HNBR
These may also be used for the same sensor for Oil temperature sensor.
Note, if you are buying similar size O-ring for Coolant sensor from somewhere else, DO NOT buy Viton/FKM seals. These are not appropriate for hot-water applications but are OK for oil.
