Description
This is a 1:1 replacement for the oil cooler coolant hose, part number 059121073P.
Not simply a straight piece of hose, this hose has the very necessary shallow bend just like stock hose cause thats how it should be done.
Constructed from Matte silicone with special liner just like the hoses in EGR kits : )
Includes 2x of my absolute favorite hose clamp in the world, ABA Nova Stainless.
Unfortunately its slightly more cost than stock hose, I’m sorry I can’t beat that price.
If you want to save more money, use 5/8in heater hose and cut it to exactly 75mm, thats literally all you need to do.
Why Silicone?
I can make pro and con arguments for either Silicone or OEM material (EPDM).
Silicone hoses in theory should outlast EPDM built to identical specs and in identical conditions because silicone doesn’t perish/oxidize, however, modern coolants with Organic Acid Technology anti-corrosion additives attack standard silicone and will cause damage or failure in the long term.
I want to guarantee these hoses outlive everyone human being on earth, including you. Also I want to match the Evo kit hoses because theyre cool.
This is why these hoses use a special liner impervious to the corrosion inhibitors found in G12/G13 series coolant. It costs more but I wont sell anything that I wouldn’t want to buy.
