This is a 1:1 replacement for Bypass valve to intermediate flange hose, part number 059121625D.
Developed on tooling perfectly matched to OEM profile and bend angle, not simple 90 degree hose.
Constructed from Matte silicone with special liner just like the hoses in EGR kits : )
Use it with bypass valve delete or stock part, up to you.
Includes 2x of my absolute favorite hose clamp in the world, ABA Nova Stainless.
Made in UK by british guys in somethingshire or small pool idk its a little damp island gotta be somewhere in the middle part there.
Why Silicone?
I can make pro and con arguments for either Silicone or OEM material (EPDM).
Silicone hoses in theory should outlast EPDM built to identical specs and in identical conditions because silicone doesn’t perish/oxidize, however, modern coolants with Organic Acid Technology anti-corrosion additives attack standard silicone and will cause damage or failure in the long term.
I want to guarantee these hoses outlive everyone human being on earth, including you. Also I want to match the Evo kit hoses because theyre cool.
This is why these hoses use a special liner impervious to the corrosion inhibitors found in G12/G13 series coolant. It costs more but I wont sell anything that I wouldn’t want to buy.
