Description

I’m pleased to update the “Evo” EGR Kit with exclusive matte black silicone hoses that complete the coolant loop from intermediate flange all the way to the thermostat, with no plastic used and no re-use of OEM parts.
This kit is more expensive than the “OG” kit because it costs a lot more to make, but is a lot fancier.

As usual, all billet and laser cut parts made and finished in the Pacific Northwest.

This kit includes the 1-pc billet intermediate flange to fully replace the stock plastic intermediate flange with built-in hose barb.
When paired with the bypass valve delete (highly recommended), all the plastic parts from the valley is gone and replaced with aluminum and silicone, and easily serviceable.

It is well-known in the industry that modern OAT coolants, including G12-series and G13, are actually incompatible with standard silicone formulations.
Specific OAT additives present in G12-series coolants gradually degrade silicone over time, eventually leading to failure/rupture.
Hose manufacturers that serve the aftermarket recognize this issue, but the failure happens over long periods so they kind of just don’t worry too much about it and say ehh it will be fine.

I am unsatisfied with this.
Thats why the UK-made hoses in this kit feature a unique, specially formulated liner from Goodflex that is specifically designed for modern OAT coolants, including G12-series and G13 coolant and will not degrade over time.
This material costs a lot more and has minimums but I don’t care.
I want to sleep soundly at night and I don’t want to sell anything I’m not confident will outlast the car its installed on.

I paid someone to make these diagrams. I have no artistic ability whatsoever. Obviously the blue part here is the land.
The only step its missing is the roofie cycle of hell trying to explain to the british people basic business concepts.

These hoses are paired with what I believe are the creamiest clamps on the market, Swedish-made ABA Nova 304ss. Rolled edges, and non-perforated so it will kiss your hose sweetly on the cheek.
Theyre annoying to buy, but I’m telling you…its worth it. Nothing on the market comes close to these IMO. I don’t think i can ever go back.
